“Building on the successful editions in Boston (USA), Games for Health has now reached Europe. The non-profit Games for Health Europe GFHEU is the official sister conference of the Games for Health project. Together with the USA organisation, this Congress aims to bring Serious Gaming and healthcare together in order to contribute to more advanced healthcare across Europe”.

Natuurlijk is de DSSH, als grootste nationale Europese vereniging voor medische Skills en Simulatie, de wetenschappelijk partner van GFHEU! De DSSH is zowel in de Adviesraad als de Programmacommissie van Games for Health vertegenwoordigt, en borgt hiermee mede het wetenschappelijk medisch gehalte van het congres. Medische accreditatie voor het programma is aangevraagd.  De DSSH is ook als Platinum Exhibitor op het Congres aanwezig.
